When calling, you must identify yourself as an attendee of the Army Science Conference to receive the special group rate. Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or an advance deposit for the first night’s room and tax. Please cancel prior to 72 hours of your arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night’s room charge. This is the headquarter hotel.  All Army Science Conference events will take place at this hotel.

The current maximum per diem allowance for Orlando, Florida, is $108.00 plus tax for lodging and $56.00 for meals and incidental expenses (subject to change effective October 1, 2010).

Government Travelers are advised that since one or more meals will be provided as a part of the Conference Fee the "Proportional Meal Rate (PMR)" prescribed in Paragraph C4554A of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) applies.
