- Reservations

Reservations may be made online or by calling the hotel directly using the number listed above. When making a reservation by phone, you must identify yourself as an attendee of the 26th Army Science Conference to receive the special group rate.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods.
Cut-off Date

To receive the special group rate of $99.00, single or double occupancy, reservations must be made by Wednesday, November 5, 2008. Reservations made after this date will be based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Rooms will not be held after November 5, 2008 and may sell out prior to this date at the group rate.
Guest Check-in and Check-out Time

Guest Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Based on availability, the JW Marriott Orlando will try to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests.
Cancellation

Individual reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit the first night's room deposit. Any reservations canceled prior to 72 hours of the arrival date will have the first night's deposit refunded to the method of payment.
Hotel Amenities

Hotel amenities include a full on-site spa, 24-hour room service, concierge services to assist with local attractions and a full-service business center. Each guest room offers complimentary local and 800 telephone calls, data port in phone, complimentary in-room coffee, hair dryer and iron and ironing board.
Parking

Complimentary self-parking for attendees is available. Valet parking is also provided at a current daily rate of $19.00 per day.
Government Tax Exemption

Government tax-exempt form will be accepted only at the time of check-in. You must have proper government identification at check-in and room payment must be made with a government credit card or government check.
Local Per Diem

The current maximum per diem allowance for November and December 2008, Orlando, Florida, is $99.00 plus tax for lodging and $49.00 for meals and incidental expenses.
Government Travelers are advised that since one or more meals will be provided as a part of the Conference Fee the "Proportional Meal Rate (PMR)" prescribed in Paragraph C4554A of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) applies.
